What We Do?
We specialize in comprehensive design of membrane structures, covering all stages of the process - from the initial concept, through technical details, to the final execution of plans. Our services guarantee full adaptation to customer requirements and high quality standards.
What does the process look like?

1. Receiving the project
The initial stage is receiving a design, which can either come from our design office or be provided by the client. Regardless of the source, each design is carefully analyzed by our team of engineers to ensure that all details are understood and executed to the client's expectations.

2. Cutting out membrane elements
Then we move on to the process of cutting membrane elements. We use advanced cutting plotters that allow for precise cutting of materials in accordance with project requirements. This technology not only ensures accuracy, but also efficiency, minimizing material waste.

3. Welding and sewing
After cutting, the pieces are welded or sewn, depending on the design specifications. We have modern welding and sewing equipment that allows you to create durable and aesthetic connections, guaranteeing high quality and durability of the final product.

4. Quality control
Each stage of production is monitored and subjected to rigorous quality controls to ensure that the final product meets all technical standards and customer expectations. Thanks to detailed control procedures, each product is thoroughly checked before moving to the next stage.

5. Assembly and shipping
After completing all production processes, the elements are assembled into ready-made structures, which are then prepared for shipment to the customer. We carefully pack and secure all items to ensure their safety during transport.
